Please Note:
It is imperative to understand that our services are not classified as entertainment or a petting zoo but rather as an educational encounter. Our primary focus and responsibility lie in ensuring the welfare and safety of our animals throughout the duration of the experience.
During the encounter, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a calm, quiet, and seated environment for all participants, particularly children. This helps minimize stress for our animals and ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
Please be aware we reserve the right to stop the encounter at any moment if we deem it necessary for the well-being of our animals or the safety of any guests. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.
Party Conditions: For children's parties, our capacity is restricted to a maximum of 15 children for children aged 8+ and a maximum of 10 children for children aged 7, we will not make any exceptions to this restriction. This limitation is due to the specific nature of the animals in our care. Therefore, we request that hosts carefully consider this information before extending invitations.
We advise that no more than 10-15 children participate in the party for an optimal experience.
With an unwavering commitment to safety, please be advised that our animal parties are strictly aged 7 and above. This age restriction ensures an environment conducive to both the well-being of our animals and the safety of all participants.
Parking: The provision of car parking facilities is imperative, either on-site or in close proximity. Failure to secure adequate parking may result in the cancellation of your booking. In instances where the venue's vicinity experiences frequent congestion due to parked vehicles or operates on a metered parking system, it is advisable to designate a vehicle to reserve a space. Failure to ensure parking availability may jeopardize the completion of a booking. In the event of a show cancellation due to parking constraints, we cannot be held accountable, and the client will bear full responsibility for the associated costs.
Deposit: To confirm a booking for the standard one-hour exotic animal encounter, a deposit of £50 is required. Upon agreement of the selected date and confirmation of availability, the deposit must be remitted prior to the issuance of booking confirmation. Please note that a booking slot cannot be reserved until the deposit payment is received. Payment can be made via bank transfer, with the depositor's name and date serving as the party reference. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event that a booking cannot proceed, clients will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for an alternative date within one year of the original booking.
Payment: All private bookings necessitate cash payment on the day of the event. For agency bookings, payment must be made via cheque in advance of the event date or by the client on the day of the event.
Venue/Hall Requirements: For venues or halls, the following criteria must be met:

A ground floor venue

Parking available directly outside the entrance within a 30-foot radius

Absence of music, balloons, bouncy castles, loudspeakers, etc.

Doors and windows must remain closed

Access to water and handwashing facilities

Participants are prohibited from eating during the show

Outdoor Home Show Requirements: For outdoor home shows, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

A four-sided marquee or gazebo

An enclosed garden area
-
Access to water and handwashing facilities
-
Placement away from sources of music, bouncy castles, etc.

Contingency plans for inclement weather, with provisions for moving the party indoors if necessary.
